Windows 10: Could you help me find out why my authenticator doesn't give me a code?

Recently i changed android for an Iphone. When I try to sing in for my school email, that ask for an authenticator, my authenticator doesn't give me any code. So i can't sing in, and I don't know why. I have try many times but i can't because it always asked me to verify the number with the app, but every time I open the app there's nothing. Before changing my phone everything works but now it doesn't.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Microsoft authenticator: a few questions

I too use the authenticator app & the app doesn’t seem to backup to the Microsoft account - many users have lost access to all their accounts due to not having the app backed up to iCloud/Google cloud or the recovery codes for each account. If it does then there doesn’t seem to be any indication on how to recover the accounts via Microsoft.
