    I've tried everything


    So after installing a Windows update my PC is totally screwed. I can't uninstall the update or any updates just gets stuck. When I plug in a USB device it's not detected. Can't restart into safe mode. Can't run updates. I can't uninstall USB hubs/drivers etc. Can't restore/install/repair windows. Dism doesn't work and just gets stuck. Can't run chkdsk. It's likey PC is being controlled by something that won't let me have any control. I've tried the Tweaking computer program it also gets stuck and doesn't fix anything. System restore doesn't work either. My PC just keeps booting back

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
