1. Open Microsoft Store.
   
2. Click on the search bar on the top right corner and search for Sky news application.
   
3. Click on the Sky news application from the search results.

Microsoft Store Install Button not Working

Hi Kevin, I tried following the steps you suggested to create a separate user account and installing from there, however it has the same issue and I am still unable to install any apps through the microsoft store.
