Windows 10: "Show Desktop" popup keeps blocking right-side scrollbar

Is there a way to disable the "Show Desktop" popup in the lower right-hand corner without actually disabling the function of the button? The popup is really annoying and tends to block the user from being able to use the bottom arrow of the right side scroll bar, which I use often. Only option I could find just disables the button completely, which is not what I'm looking for.

How do I disable vertical scrollbar popup in Windows/File Explorer


Either I never noticed it before or I somehow triggered it but it's been showing up for a couple days everytime I manually scroll in Windows Explorer, never shows when I'm using my mouse's scroll wheel and doesn't show in the 'Lists' option in the View bar. When the popup shows, it blocks icons and information so it's very bothersome and in the way for me. Also, the popup label isn't helpful as I use the 'Icons' view option so it only gives info (Sometimes dates, sometimes file names) of just the first file in a row when I could jst use the sorting or grouping options to do that...

Is there a way to disable it?

Kindly try the steps below and check if this helps in blocking popups on Internet Explorer.

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click on Tools from top right corner.
• Select Internet Options and click on Privacy tab.
• At the bottom of the Privacy tab, you should have a Pop-up Blocker
  section. If you want pop-ups to be blocked, check the "Block pop-ups" option.

Help! Random desktop scrollbar appeared


Hi,
After last night my icons were suddenly arranged as if in list mode (as if you had clicked ctrl+alt+6 on the desktop)
now that its been put back, then this random scrollbar has appeared to the right and i cannot seem to get rid of it, please help !
