Windows 10: Bluetooth good audio + mic.. this is a Windows, not a hardware issue

This has been going on for many years.- Connect your bluetooth headset to Android, Mac, Iphone > great audio quality while using mic whatever the application- Connect that same bluetooth headset to Windows device > either no mic + great audio, OR shit audio and micThis is NOT;- bluetooth limitation- bandwidth limitation- "driver needs update"- sfc scan now, chkdsk, format c:, reinstall or any of those similar ridiculous answers- "poor audio fixed by disabling headset device" same ridiculous answer because we want good audio + mic, same as we get on Android, Mac, iPhoneCan we get;- An a

Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest to use a different Bluetooth speaker and check if the same issue persists. Also try using the current speaker with different computer running Windows 10 and check. As you are getting Crackles or warning sound it might be an issue with hardware.
