    Two games totalling over $100 CAD just completely disappeared off my console, when I tried to play them, they didn't register and asked if I owned it. I have had these games since I made the account 5 years ago. I checked my order history and they were completely gone from there too. Put these under windows because this forum is garbage and wouldn't let me choose xbox

  2. My Library (App & Game History) Completely Gone

    Hi,

    I've been having two Windows Store issues -- whether they are related or not, I'm not sure.

    The more pressing, more recent issue is currently happening on my brand new AT&T Lumia 950.

    The day I got the phone, I went through the usual setup process, and then went to the Windows Store to redownload my apps (I've had several Windows Phones since Windows Phone 7, so I have accumulated a pretty extensive library of Apps and Games over the
    years). My entire purchase history appeared in the My Library section of the Store, no problem. So I downloaded some of the more crucial Apps and Games, and figured I'd get the rest later. After a few hours of playing with the new phone features, I went back
    to the Store, into My Library to grab more Apps and Games.

    Lo and behold, I only saw a handful of Apps and Games on the list (compared to the DOZENS that I'd actually downloaded over the years).

    When I tried to search for the App/Game directly from the Store, it appeared as if I'd never purchased/downloaded it, and wanted me to either pay for it again, or Install it for the first time. (The "You own this app and can install it on this device." message
    was nowhere to be seen.)

    I figured it was a hardware/software issue with the phone (My Library had never given me any issues on my Surface Pro 3 or my previous Windows 10 phones), so I did a master reset of the phone.

    That worked. My Library was intact once again.

    Then, after a few hours, I revisited it, and bam: only three or four Apps appeared.

    I tried signing in and out of the Store using the same account. That seemed to make it worse. Now it showed no Apps or Games on the list.

    Calling Microsoft Support proved a complete waste of time. Believing this to be an Account issue, I called them directly. They told me my Account looked fine (after pulling up my profile for a very thorough two minutes) and that my issue was hardware related.
    So they transferred me to the Lumia department. They told me they had no idea what was wrong and that my issue would be escalated to a Level 2 support tech and they'd get back to me within 48 hours.

    About six days later, I finally got a call from a guy who basically told me I had already done all the troubleshooting he could offer (resetting the phone, signing in and out of the account) and that he had a feeling this was an Account issue. I told him
    about the back and forth I'd been through, and he said he'd try to get them to look more closely at my problem, but couldn't make any promises.

    I don't know what else to do at this point. Microsoft Support is completely useless and incompetent, and I can't redownload Apps and Games that I already own.

    Can anyone help?

    On another note (that may or may not be related to the above issue), I've noticed that, across ALL my Windows 10 devices (PCs, tablets, and phones), the top of my Apps and Games history always shows Twitter (under Apps) and Candy Crush (under Games). I did
    download both of these a looooooooooooooooooong time ago, but haven't touched them again since. However, they appear at the top of my downloaded app history, as if I just installed them that day (so, today it shows they were installed December 1, yesterday,
    it showed they were installed November 30, tomorrow it will show they were installed December 2). I first noticed this back in September, but it could possibly have been happening even before then. When I first noticed it, I freaked out, thinking someone had
    stolen one of my devices and was installing these. But I can account for all my devices, and I even removed them from my Microsoft Account, but they continue to show up at the top of my list every day, no matter how many new Apps or Games I install.

    I feel that something is definitely funky with my Store account, but nobody wants to dig enough to help.

    Purchased apps/games not appearing in my Windows Store library.

    Purchased apps/games not appearing in my Windows Store library. It appears to be only one game involved. I've tried the reset options, updates etc. Nothing seems to work. When I go to the store it wants me to purchase but my account history shows I've purchased it several years ago. I've tried the suggestions from previous posts.

    Microsoft Store Games Missing, Not in Library, Not in Purchase History, Same Account as always.

    Recently upgraded most of my PC, went to play State of Decay 2 which I have installed, error message popped up saying I dont own it. Checked in the store and its completely gone from my account, doesn't even show up in purchase history.
