    I have posted questions on here before, & I am having issues yet again with my MSI Cyborg. It has gotten stuck in BIOS several times over the past month. During the second cycle I had to get the OS completely reinstalled. It has been fine since. This time when stuck in the BIOS loop I have exercised the upmost internet safety it has resulted in me being sent to the bitlocker recovery screen. I have tried going through on the processes suggested by the article on here about the recovery key & how to find it. I have had several issues however:1 my device was not registered to my usual

    How do I request for a new BitLocker recovery Key for my registered Device?

    My device is registered to my Microsoft account, but there is no BitLocker recovery Key for my device. I believe a BitLocker Recovery Key was never created for my device. How do I request for a new BitLocker recovery Key for my registered Device?

    No, no other accounts.

    What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

    I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
