  2. Win-10 Quick Assist use without Microsoft account log in

I was wondering if it was possible to use Win-10 Pro's Quick Assist to assist someone remotely or receive assistance remotely WITHOUT using a Microsoft account or logging into one. If yes, then what are the step to use Quick Assist in order to skip the Microsoft account log in? If no, then is is possible to log in with an EXISTING Hot Mail account or Outlook web mail account credentials? Thanks for any input on this.

I suggest that you follow the steps below and check if you can log into your computer using the Local Account.

      • On the Search Bar type “User Account”.
      • On the right menu pane locate and click “Make changes to my account in this PC”.
      • Then locate and click on “Sign in With a Local Account instead”.
      • And follow on screen instructions.
    Hope this information is helpful.
