Windows 10: 25H2 news is confusing me a little bit, how easy is it really going to install?

I am reading news on this future upgrade and it says this future update will be very easy in comparison to previous updates but how exactly? in my history of feature updates, they always took very long times to finishquoting an article "Windows 11, version 24H2 and version 25H2 share the same source code, with only the additional features turned on." apparently this play a role?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
