Windows 10: Is there a discount for windows 11?

I am wondering if window users will get a discount to upgrade to windows 11 and a new laptop? My computer is totally working fine but come October I willbe forced to purchase a new computer seeing my desktop is just missing the cut off and not compatible for the windows 11 upgrade therefore leaving me with no updates or upgrades. could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Discounted windows 11 education ed. activation license for Australian Teachers???

Hi, Is it possible for teachers to purchase a discounted windows 11 education retail activation license in Australia? I remember purchasing a discounted windows 10 education license years ago but cant remember the pathway. I would like to do the same with a second PC i have just built. Thanks.
