Windows 10: Issue with German Language Reappearing After Windows Updates

Hello,I recently purchased a laptop in Germany, and it came with Windows set to the German display language. I manually added English as the display language and removed both the German display and keyboard languages.However, after every single Windows update, the German keyboard language is automatically re-added, and the German display language also returns. This happens even though I’ve removed them from the system settings.The main issue is that the German keyboard language does not appear in the language settings UI, so I’m forced to remove it manually each time through the Registry Edito

• Press Windows key, click Settings. Select the
  Time and Language Icon.
• In the next window, click Region and Language. Click
  Add A Language.
• Select the language (English/ German) you want to use. This will add the language to the
  Region and Language window.
• Click the Language that you added and select the Add As Default button. You can also click the
  Options Button and add a keyboard for the new language.

Microsoft photo in german language how to change?

My list had english at the top of the list and german at the bottom when I clicked on show all languages. So I just removed german and that resolved my issue. Thanks again for putting me on the right trail.
