  1. PIN Unavailable - error code 0x800139f

Today I tried to log in to my pc and was alerted that my PIN no longer works. I also noticed that my Sound icon is disabled in the taskbar AND I am no longer connected to the internet. I have checked and my connection, switch port and cable are good. I am unable to troubleshoot anything because my PIN is always required. I get the error code: 0x8007139fI can't disable the PIN without my PINI can't run SFC without my PINI can't Restore my system without a PINI can reinstall the system from a USB because I need a PINHow can I get around the PIN

    Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

    Suggestions?.

  4. PIN Unavailable - error code 0x800139f

    Error code 0x801c044f

I tried to change the Pin for my personal computer and it would not let me saying it is unavailable. I tried to get more resources and it told me the Pin is an option that is unavailable for personal accounts. I have a personal computer linked to a personal Microsoft account that has a Pin set up on, but Microsoft says the Pin option is unavailable for personal accounts?!!? Clearly something is not right there, I am willing to bet it is Microsoft's "help" message. I followed the link they gave https://aka.ms/PinErrors and looked through both lists of error codes they have on the website. The error code I got is 0x801c044f is not listed anywhere on that webpage. How do I get help with an error code Microsoft seems to refuse to admit exists? I wish I could say this surprises me but they have done this to me before with error codes that do not exist.
