Windows 10: When i try to load games on roblox, it comes up with the error message "you cannot see...

I have tried to adjust these privacy settings many times, all have failed to work when i try to load games on Roblox. Would like some help on how to fix this issue. Thanks.

Roblox crashing w/out error message?

Roblox crashes upon starting up a game (via webpage). Same issue with the Roblox desktop app, however with this it's just when I open the app, not when I start a game. My account works on other devices, so it's not account-side. All of the solutions I've tried are listed below. I feel like I've done everything feasible, and I'm at a dead end. No error message appears post-crash as shown in the video.

What I've tried:

• Clearing the cache.
  
• Restarting my computer.
  
• Running Roblox as an administrator.
  
• Un-installing and re-installing Roblox.
  
• Ensured firewall/anti-malware services were not the cause.

Roblox arsenal not loading but other roblox games work fine?

why does arsenal roblox stay on the loading screen but othe games on roblox work/run perfectly fine?

for the past 3 days, i have had ongoing issues with arsenal not loading me into the game. If i load any other game on roblox, it runs perfectly fine and i can play it but with arsenal, it keeps me on the loading page and i either have to restart my computer or close roblox as a whole. Im really unsure why this is happening considering everything is up to date, no other game on roblox does this aside from arsenal and im really confused why it wont take me off the loading screen. Sometimes, it'll crash roblox and i either cant close the tab or cant exit the app. I also tried arsenal on phone and it runs completely fine but wont load for my computer, if anyone has any advice or help with this id appreciate it a lot so i can fix it. Iv'e asked a few friends about this and theirs runs completely fine and has no issues, im not sure if its the game itself or roblox as an app but id appreciate the help if anyone might know why this keeps happening.
