    Stuck in Safe mode login cannot set up pin, how do I exit safe mode?


    I was having wifi issues and so I booted into safe mode with networking.When I did this it won't let me use my pin or let me setup one so I'm now stuck on the login.I held shift and clicked restart but when I do this, It opens a menu that has a boot drive option, troubleshoot and shut down. The troubleshoot doesnt have CMD and only has startup settings and BIOS firmware.When I resart in startup settings I enter the recovery environment but that just boots normally into safemode which i cant log into I made boot drive to try and repair my windows but IT doesnt recognize it in the recovery env
