Windows 10: Pc acting weird after power outage

So , i was on my Pc during a thunder storm in my city and the electricity went out. Ever since it looks like it has problems with processing stuff in games. No matter the load , big or small ,the games are just not smooth as before. To describe the issue it is just one freeze ranging from very few frames to being so visible that i m thinking my pc is crashing. It seems to me that the pc is just having problems with proccessing information cuz it can run Apex legends on 165fps nonstop without having to be 100% utilized but the freezes are there and i honestly didnt notice any major FPS drops ,

Power Outage

Hi there, I just had a power outage and i'm worried that my windows installation will be damaged. I have an SSD. Should there be any steps I should do now? What should I check?

Pc acting weird

Most of the time my pc works flawless but without any warning it start to act super weird and always the same things.

Mousewheel stops working

Some buttons don’t work - W or D for example

Chrome tries to open a new window instead of the normal process or just a tab

Mouse tries to highlight everything

When I turn it off/restart it shows the blue Window Screen with

Choose option

After restarting it acts normal or does the weird stuff again after some seconds/minutes.

Things I tried:

Restarting

Virus/Malware Scan

Unplugging Keyboard/Mouse etc…

I’m kind of a pc noob ans don’t know what to do here.

First I thought ita the Wootility program - belongs to the wooting60he a keyboard but after shutting it down nothing changed.

What can I do? I really don’t want to reset everything especially since most of the time he acts normally.
