Windows 10: How does one get a hacked Epic games account back?

I had reset my PC because my storage was full and I didn't want to go through my drives and mass delete things so I just decided for a hard reset and once I logged into my pc and downloaded the epic games launcher I tried to login and everything was fine until the 6 digit security code popped up with an email ending in Rambler.ru.
