Windows 10: Pc internet slow but nothing else is?

The Internet on my PC'S is running extremely slow and this is only happening to my computer and no one else's devices in my house normally I have speeds of 200+gbs but at the moment I'm only getting10gbs.. I've tried running virus scans, turn off a bunch of stuff and tried troubleshooting but I can seem to find an answer anywhere. i have windows 11 and yes i have already full facotry reset and deleted wondows and installed it again So if someone has any idea about what on earth I'm meant to do to fix this that would be greatly appreciated.

Slow Internet only on PC.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
