Windows 10: Media Creation Tool Windows 11 Issue

Hello! Since a while I noticed that there's something wrong with Media Creation Tool. Whenever I use any USB device to put Windows 11 installation through Media Creation Tool it brings an error "Windows 11 failed to install". The hard drive of PC is healthy as 99% so therefore I don't believe there'd be any issue. Additionally I tried also on the brand new USB device and the same issue. It's very problematic when you delete all partitions and reinstall system and then end up this "failed to install" because if it was your only PC, then you're stuck with no system. I don't know also why the USB
