Windows 10: Problem with 2 hours of waiting before each log in + need BitLocker key

I have great problems with my computer blue CMOS-screens, and after excluding that a BIOS reset would resolve it, I now hope that it's probably just due to a battery that needs to be changed - but it's totally stuck in it's holder on the motherboard, and I can't get it away from there to swap it for a new one, tried for an hour already and don't want to risk ruining the holder or anything else. At worst it's a BIOS error or a mother board error, which would be more fatal for the computer. Then, one day, after exactly 10 days of these blue CMOS screens, I wasn't allowed to log in to my Window

• Which edition of Windows 10 is installed on your surface machine?
  
• Did you notice any changes on the computer recently?
  
• When you say, you have a problem with your Surface machine about BitLocker key, do you mean that the surface machine asks you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to sign into Windows?
  
• Does the other computer ask you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to access the files saved on it?

Bitlocker key trouble

HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The usual cause of that TraceID error is your OneDrive allocation is full.

Log into OneDrive online Your request has been blocked. This could be due to several reasons.

If your OneDrive is full, you need to empty some space on your OneDrive.

Then go to the Bitlocker Key recovery page and log out

You will need to wait for 30 minutes - 2 hours then log back into the Bitlocker key recovery page and you should be able to access it.
