Has anyone experienced the crashing of copilot, I was trying to access the chat which was done 5 minutes prior ant a short one too, but application just keeps crashing!

What's the new Copilot experience in Teams? The new Copilot experience is an improved version of the Copilot app in Teams that you may have used before (formerly known as Microsoft 365 Chat). It offers the same functionality and content access as the current app, but with additional benefits, including:

Better prompts, including details specific to you like the people you work with, your meetings, and your files.

Ability to see your Copilot chat history

Access to a library of prompts via Copilot Lab

Its better than the current Microsoft 365 Chat in Teams. The new Copilot in Teams is easier to find, to use, and has better functionality for a better experience. This will give you the same Copilot experience in Teams as you get from microsoft365.com, Bing, and copilot.microsoft.com. What’s the difference between the Copilot app in the Teams app store and the Copilot pinned above chats? Theyre the same, and its up to you how youd like to use Copilot. The new Copilot app experience is an improved version of the previous M365 Chat app. If you still have Microsoft 365 Chat (or M365 Chat), this is the older version and we recommend unpinning. When will this be available? The new pinned Copilot app in Teams is rolling out now. Where can I find it and how do I get started? Microsoft Copilot is now generally available

Since Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise) launched in preview in February, people around the world have embraced it as their everyday AI companion. It’s been used to generate billions of prompts and responses, helping people be more creative and productive in their lives. We’re excited to keep this momentum going by announcing that Copilot is now generally available and no longer in preview. With general availability, Microsoft Copilot continues to be your everyday AI companion providing AI-powered web chat. Bringing AI to your organization with Copilot Copilot offers access to powerful AI models such as GPT-4 and up-to-date information with cited sources. When eligible users sign in with an eligible work or school account (Microsoft Entra ID), they receive commercial data protection at no additional cost, which means prompts and responses are not saved, Microsoft has no eyes on access, and data is not used to train the underlying large language model (LLM). Copilot helps users tackle everyday tasks such as drafting an email, summarizing PDFs and articles, generating images with DALL-E 3, learning new skills, and getting answers to complex questions. Use Copilot in your organization with confidence With Copilot now generally available, organizations and users can feel even more confident adopting it as part of their daily workflows. Copilot with commercial data protection is now backed by the Universal Commercial License Terms for Online Services to align with other Microsoft commercial online services. These terms include Microsoft’s Customer Copyright Commitment (CCC), which enables customers to take advantage of Microsoft’s Copilot services without worrying about copyright claims. Eligibility Copilot offers commercial data protection at no additional cost when users with eligible Microsoft 365 licenses sign in with their work account. Current eligible licenses include Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Microsoft 365 A3, A5 (faculty only), Microsoft 365 F3, Business Standard, and Business Premium. Microsoft has announced plans to extend availability of Copilot with commercial data protection to all Entra ID users (excluding sovereign government cloud and student users), and timing will be announced at a future date. Renaming and UX changes As previously announced, Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise recently changed to Copilot to make AI-powered web chat more accessible with a simplified user experience at copilot.microsoft.com. This experience is already available today. An updated and renamed user interface for Copilot with commercial data protection on other endpoints is rolling out to customers over time. Bringing Copilot to your organization For organizations with Copilot already enabled, no further action is needed. You can continue to use Copilot as you do today. For help with user adoption, or to help transition users from the old Bing Chat user interface to the new Copilot one, IT admins can use the Copilot adoption kit to educate users with training materials and resources. Ready-to-go email templates can help with your change management. For organizations with rules that do not allow use of preview products, Copilot reaching general availability is now your opportunity to introduce Copilot to your organization.

The Copilot app gives you the power of Copilot on the go as your Copilot queries and chats will roam across your phone and PC. The Copilot mobile app includes the same capabilities of Copilot on your PC including access to GPT-4, Dall-E 3 for image creation, and the ability to use images from your phone when chatting with Copilot. Copilot in the Microsoft 365 mobile app – We’re also adding Copilot to the Microsoft 365 mobile app for Android and iOS for individuals with a Microsoft account.
