Windows 10: Unable to connect to xbox live on pc.

Hello, i launched forua horizon 4 on pc but in the menu screen this poped up see screenshoti followed the steps of this page it didn't work "https://support.xbox.com/fr-FR/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/gaming-services-repair-tool"then i followed the steps on this page "https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/unable-to-connect-to-forza-horizon-4/340131cb-bc3a-45b0-9782-4060c38f289b" but I do not have this service "IP Helper Xbox Live Auth Manager Xbox Live Game Save Xbox Live Networking Service Gaming Services"can someone help me please?thank you

Unable to connect to xbox live

I have installed xbox live games into my pc but i am unable to connect that game with xbox live.whenever i try to do so it shows that unable to connect to xbox live at this time.

• Click on “Connect” on the Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC
• Select the name of your Xbox One console
• Connect an Xbox One controller to your PC using a USB cable
• Click on “Stream,” then select the Xbox game you want to play on your PC
• Click on “Play from console”.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
