Windows 10: Black screen during factory reset windows 10 is it normal or no?

Hello so recently my computer slowed down a lot recently so I wanted to factory reset but the PC was so slow that I had to reset it thrue boot menu so I did reset and delete all files in that moment when I choose all things my screen went black and it would go up classical no signal but my PC is still running just monitor not working is it normal or no?
