Windows 10: Patch not applicable?

I am using Windows Server 2019 version 21H1 Data center edition.While applying the Patches for June 2025, it is showing that the patch is not applicable.As I inquired, last 2-3 months patching also not done and were not applicable.Server is not compliant with patch.What are the reasons that the Patches showing not applicable?Requesting for your kind guidance.Best Regards,Arjun Naik

Any idea when the new Patch for the new problem will be available ?

Still having problems with many applications after loading Windows 10 v1903 and the August 30th patch

I have version 1903 of Windows 10 and the 8/30/19 patch. Unfortunately I waited too long to use the restore option to go back before the initial version of 1903 was loaded. I am still having problems opening the vast majority of the applications on my
PC. I was hoping the 8/30 patch would do the trick but no luck. Suggestions?

Note I listed the calendar as the app problem but really it is more than 50% of my apps will not open.

Universal CRT files are usually included in the regular Windows security updates. The most recent update that included the UCRT files was
2019-04 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based Systems
(KB4493446).
