    Cannot change settings and gamerpic.


    Even though my account is tagged as an adult, and all content is allowed and unfiltered. As I went in with another xbox account and added this account to it as a member, with the prior mentioned account as an organizer and checked the status of it. After checking, it even tags my account as an adult account. How do I gain independent access to this account? I am an adult, and would just like to have control of my account. Furthermore, from reading other posts about this issue, it seems there may be a internal restriction on my account still being considered a child account. My date of birth is

    i have a problem where nor the xbox console or the xbox app will let me change my gamerpic yo a custom one even though i am an adult. i had this account as a childbut i am now an adult. any help would be much appreciated thanks
