Windows 10: How do I fix the dimming of out of focus windows? Asus Zenbook 14

When I have one tab enabled while using split screen, the other tab half of the screen goes dark until I click in it, and then the other half goes dark. I would like to turn this setting off, but haven't found anything helpful online. Seems like it should be something I could easily access in settings, but can't find it. Anyone got the answer?

Sound doesn't work on Asus Zenbook 14

Hey, I recently got the Asus Zenbook 14. It worked fine up until today, when the sound suddenly stopped working. The sound icon on the bottom bar had a red X. I went through the troubleshooter and it removed the X but it didn't fix the sound. External headphones
don't work either. Does anyone have a fix?

These solutions didn't fix my problem. When I run the troubleshooter, it says to turn off audio enhancements. I click 'Yes, open audio enhancements' and a window pops up saying 'The device you are configuring has been removed.' It has tabs called general,
levels, advanced and spatial sound. I couldn't roll back the drivers, the drivers had the latest update, and I couldn't find the drivers online. There is only one speaker and it is default and enabled.

It's an Asus Zenbook 14. Model: UX433F. I don't know what else to say.

Have you tried installing Chipset and VGA drivers from the official manufacturer's download site instead of just updating all drivers?
