Windows 10: Windows upgrade media creation tool error Error code 0x80072F8F - 0x20000

Hello,My laptop is on Windows 8 and I am trying to update to windows 10. While using the media creation tool 22H2 to create USB for upgrade. I am getting error - Error code 0x80072F8F - 0x20000I am not able to proceed with the upgrade by any means. can anyone please help me to upgrade my system.Thanks,

and I done everything they said such as EasyFix except for the KB3140245 as it said "the update is not applicable to your computer" so I skipped it but media creation tool still giving the same error: 0x80072f8f - 0x20000, so I wonder how to fix KB3140245 error and media creation tool error?
