Windows 10: Problems with my gpu and pc lately

Many PC Problem (I think is GPU?)

It sounds like you may be experiencing a hardware or driver compatibility issue with your GPU. Upgrading your GPU can sometimes cause problems like this if the new GPU is not fully compatible with your system or if the drivers are not installed correctly. @Maban - does GPU-Z fail the same way for you the way it does for me? I.e. total system freeze/lockup, requiring a hard reset?

@W1zzard - I will try the suggested steps later today, as I am not near that PC at the moment.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
