Windows 10: HELP ON OPENING PC RUNNING APPS/FILES

we are having trouble opening files, apps, etc pretty much everything. For example when we double clicked on a file, we get an error saying "C;\Users\keeli\OneDrive\Desktop\Genshinlmpact_install_ua_d059b18ece08.exe Windows cannot find 'C:Users\keeli\OneDrive\Desktop\GenshinImpact_install_ua_d059b18ece08,exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." Please see attachment. We have tried factory reset, rebooting, commands, manual reset through settings, etc. We even tried a clean installation of windows with an USB and we still couldn't even open the file on the USB. HELP!

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

 

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
