it is ridiculous for Microsoft to not able to open HEIC picture. It requires me to purchase the $0.99 extension. EVEN in Windows 10 and 11. COME ON! ITS 2024 now, HEIC HEVC is the trend and you guys still not able to support the format for free.

Just learn from Apple and start putting your shoes in CUSTOMER, not shareholder.
