Windows 10: WINDOWS 11 ON ASUS VIVOBOOK , LOCAL DRIVR C: Access Denied

Hello there. I need Real help with my Windows 11 on Asus vivobook. I accidentally deleted my user folder in Local Drive C: and its a nightmare , i cannot takeowm of fhe local drive and i cant change user or administrator the CMD option gives error too ,i already totaly hard reset the laptop 2 times and somehow it is still the same please i need help

Just recently I have started to have this problem when trying to access c::

Computer runs fine , but, also programs cant update because of this.

I have tried all the suggestions on here and for c:: properties\ security and it either freezed or i get Access is denied.

Very frustrating as I cant access it and nothing can update

i changed my security setting to me local disk C , and now it does not open , i am the administrator , i tried to change security setting again but my access is denied , my access is denied to all the setting , i turned on the safe mood , and opened the
built-in admin user to try to change administrator permission from there , but also the access is denied message still appear , what to do in this case???
