Windows 10: my windows 11 freezing randomly when using internet

my windows 11 freezing randomly when using internet, mostly Google crome. I've got a 2024 samsung book 4. I tried fixing it through windows update etc. but with no luck

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
