Windows 10: Windows 10 activation after new hardware motherboard, CPU & RAM

Hello dear community, I bought new parts for my PC yesterday and used them straight away. However, I now have a problem with my Windows 10 Pro activation. I signed in with my Microsoft account, but it did not activate Windows 10 Pro automatically. I have already tried various things. I have run the “I have recently changed the device hardware” option via “Troubleshooting” without success. Strangely, it only shows my Windows 10 Home version of my laptop. When I log in to Microsoft online, I find Windows 10/11 Pro under my order history. So I actually bought it. My PC is shown twice under “Devic

Digital license won't reactivate on new hardware (motherboard, cpu ram)

Hello,

I have a digital license of Windows 10 that is linked to my Windows account. I've just replaced my motherboard, cpu and ram and whenever I attempt to reactivate my license the activation troubleshoot says "Unable to activate Windows, We can't reactivate Windows
on this device, Try again later.

Prior to changing my hardware I double checked my digital license, The activation said "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account"

If I run 'winver' It also lists the produced is licensed to my Microsoft account.

According to this article below, All I should have to do is goto the activation troubleshooter and everything should work.

Activating Windows 10 Pro After a Hardware Upgrade!

I followed all the steps to linking my Windows 10 Pro to my Microsoft account so that I could upgrade my hardware, reinstall Windows 10 Pro, and activate it, but it's not working. I'm signed into my Microsoft account. I tried the activation troubleshooter,
selecing that I recently changed hardware, etc. Nothing is working. I can see my old computer under my Microsoft account, as well as my new one (with better hardware). I changed the motherboard, ram, and CPU. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
