    W10 wiped my son's laptop

    It is possible that your son is unable to open his laptop while updating due to a corrupted or incomplete installation. To assist you better, we'd like to gather more information:

    • Is your son, getting an error message when he tried to turn on his laptop?
    • When he tried to open his laptop, are you able to check if the power light stays on?
    • Are you seeing black screen/blank screen when you tried to turn on his laptop?

    My son's parental control doesn't work

    Hello, I set up my son's account with a limit of 2 hours per day. The parental control worked for some time and than I noticed that it stopped working. I deleted and re-added his account. It worked for several days and than stopped again. Any suggestions?

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
