Windows 10: Windows 11: "Set the screen brightness for best energy efficiency" keeps reactivating...

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with Windows 11 where the following energy recommendation keeps turning itself back on:"Set the screen brightness for best energy efficiency"Even when I manually change the brightness, this recommendation seems to reactivate automatically, either after some time or following a reboot.I would like to permanently disable this recommendation so that Windows never adjusts the screen brightness without my permission.My questions:How can I permanently ignore or disable this specific recommendation?Is this a bug or a limitation of certain Windows 11 builds or hardware

That 'Set the screen brightness for best energy efficiency' is just a recommendation that you turn down your brightness when your laptop is on battery power, it is not an actual setting and if you click that it just takes you to the Display settings for you to make changes to your brightness.

Check the Battery setting on the System - Power and Battery settings page, is that set to dim your screen when on battery power?

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.

Windows 11 keeps changing powermode to 'Best energy efficiency'

I have a new DELL laptop with Windows 11 and it's driving me crazy. I use heavy software and I notice a big difference when I switch the powermode to 'High performance'. However, I have switched like 20 times and it keeps changing back to energy saving, making things terribly slow.

So I am not referring to energy plans with al the advanced settings. Because no matter what I do there, the setting on the left (red cirkle) keeps changing.

I also contact DELL support and they were not able to provide a solution.

Note that I want high performance at all times no matter if I'm operating on battery or cable.

Hope someone has a solution!
