Windows 10: I need Help about getting VIRUS! Or hacked...SOS

HELLO PLESE HELP! SORRY ITS LONG! BUT READ IF YOU CAN HELP!I wanted to know if this file is a virus.ChatGPT and grok says it’s the main registry file ntuser.dat and shouldn’t create an internet shortcut, so it’s probably malware.It also doesn’t have any location.I couldn’t delete it.I could only find it by searching, and it didn’t have many options when I right-clicked it.When I opened it, it launched in Internet Explorer and showed an upload/download page like program, with small option at the bottom, where I could also turn Windows SmartScreen on or off I forgot to take a screenshot.I

The data in our server gets corrupted as shown in the screenshot below. Is this virus or hacking? We got the L: [email protected] typed inside the data

What could be the reason?

So with a mac, you cant get any viruses?

Guide to Virus proofing any electronic device:
step 1: Make sure machine boots up, and is plugged into everything it should be (battery/power/ethernet/ect)
step 2: unplug the battery and power cords
step 3: enjoy your virus proofed machine
step 4: go crazy
step 5: plug back in at your OWN risk
step 6: request "How to remove ****"
step 7: reformat
step 8: repeat step 2

Did you scan with Adwcleaner and the Emsisoft Emergency Kit?

Did you follow all of the suggested steps in https://malwaretips.com/blogs/safesearch-net-removal/ to include scanning
with Zemana, Malwarebytes and if necessary with Hitman Pro?

The scanners that have been recommended should work on "Safesearch" hijacker and also on "some other virus."

Did you reset your browsers as suggested in my previous post?
