Windows 10: Computer not visible on network after Win11 install

Dell XPS 15 7590 maxed out. I have repeatedly tried to get this machine onto my home network. I have other PCs on this network and have matched the settings EXACTLY. The PC will show on the network only after doing an ethernet adapter reset. But, if I restart the machine, it will disappear again, leading to another adapter reset. It won't "stick". No other machine on the network has this issue, so I'm not sure what's different as all the settings match. The machine is set to Private Network like the others that are working and File and Print Sharing is enabled. I've tried absolute

Network Computer not visible in local network folder

Long time lurker first time poster ... because usually I can find a solution to my problem by searching this forum. I need some help, I have a Windows 10 network (all Enterprise 21H2), five computers named PC_1, PC_2 etc .... I can access shared folders on all five from any and all of them, sharing works without any issue and they all show up in the Network folder in explorer except on PC_3. It lists all 4 of the others, just not itself. I have searched this forum and used google to try to find a solution, but everything I find is for fixing sharing issues, which is not a problem. Any suggestions ... Thanks!

Resetting the network settings may help reconfigure settings that may help resolve the issue. Since the issue still persists, we suggest checking the Advance sharing settings if network discovery is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel.
  
• Click Network and Internet.
  
• Click Network and Sharing Center.
  
• Click Change advanced sharing settings in the left pane.
  
• Under the Private section, make sure that Turn on network discovery is selected.
  
• Click Save changes.
