The question the other person asked, where you added your question to, was never answered.

No one from Microsoft looks at these Windows 8.1 questions; we are volunteers here.

The best way to see your replies is to sign into the Community, as you did to post this > click on your Display name

deedeekees > in the Activity list of "your" threads you click on the question you want to look at.

"A brief description of your problem or question as the title. For example: "My computer wont boot" People who answer questions will not usually even look at questions that start " I need help" "
