Storage Settings Won't Download to Default D Drive

On Windows 11, I changed the default storage drive (from C: to D in "Settings>>System>>Storage>>Where new content is saved", however Windows continues to install all apps in C: drive. Any suggestion?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it will be possible to change the current system hard drive I have (Drive C - currently only has 600MB) to Drive D (932 GB). I already have a copy of my C drive in Drive D and I wanted to set Drive D as my default
driver and delete Drive C later to free up space.

How do I change the default drive selected for program installation for Windows 11?

As the subject says, how do I change the default drive for program installation from C to D in Windows 11?
Also, it appears to move programs on the C drive to D drive already, I have to uninstall and reinstall if "move" is grayed out or not listed? Will that affect the customization already done to the program on the C drive?
