    It seems to me that you’re experiencing issue with Clipchamp. Just to set proper expectation as I am only for Office, Outlook and OneDrive concerns and we have a dedicated team for this specific program Clipchamp while I am here I will do my best to help you with your concern.     Allow me to ask:

    1. What error message are you getting?
    2. Can I ask for a screenshot of your concern?
    3. Is this happening to other devices, browsers, and networks?

    If you’re encountering issues, here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. End Task and Relaunch:
      • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
      • In the Processes tab, right-click on Clipchamp and select End task.
    2. Repair or Reset:
      • Go to Settings (press Win + I) and choose Apps.
      • Find and click on Clipchamp, then select Advanced options.
    3. Close Unnecessary Programs:
      • Close any other unnecessary programs on your PC that might interfere with Clipchamp’s performance.
    4. Try using another device:
      • Try using another device and check if the issue persists.
    Give these steps a try, and hopefully, Clipchamp will be up and running smoothly again! I hope it helps!

    Hello Ray, I'm a fellow Windows/Microsoft user. I'm happy to assist you.

    What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this issue? This would let me know what steps to avoid providing.

    In the meantime, reload the browser tab where Clipchamp is open, close and reopen the Clipchamp app in Windows, then try captioning again.

    Check if there are any updates available for Clipchamp. Installing updates may fix the issue.
