It seems to me that you are trying to remove the loop effect after creating a GIF in Clipchamp. Just to set your expectations that we have a dedicated team for this program and we have limited resources for this, if you require more help I would suggest contacting the Clipchamp support. As they are well-trained when it comes to their program.

It seems to me that you’re experiencing issue with Clipchamp. Just to set proper expectation as I am only for Office, Outlook and OneDrive concerns and we have a dedicated team for this specific program Clipchamp while I am here I will do my best to help you with your concern. If we need further assistance with your concern we will let you know.

Allow me to ask:

1. What error message are you getting?
   
2. Can I ask for a screenshot of your concern?
   
3. Is this happening to other devices, browsers, and networks?
   

If you’re encountering issues, here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

1. End Task and Relaunch:
   
   • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
     
   • In the Processes tab, right-click on Clipchamp and select End task.
     
2. Repair or Reset:
   
   • Go to Settings (press Win + I) and choose Apps.
     
   • Find and click on Clipchamp, then select Advanced options.
     
3. Close Unnecessary Programs:
   
   • Close any other unnecessary programs on your PC that might interfere with Clipchamp’s performance.
     
4. Try using another device:
   
   • Try using another device and check if the issue persists.
     

Give these steps a try, and hopefully, Clipchamp will be up and running smoothly again! I hope it helps!
