Windows 10: Event 10010 Causing Crashes Playing Civilization 5

I can fix most DCOM errors but this one has me perplexed. Any ideas guys and gals?


The server Windows.Media.Capture.Internal.AppCaptureShell did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Try this:

Civilization 5 on Windows 10

So I just purchased a new Acer Aspire 14 the other day and it is working fine except whenever I try to play Civilization 5 through Steam it always crashes after a few minutes. I have tried fixing the problem through Steam and that did nothing and I have
fully updated my computer but it still has the same problem. Does anyone know of any solution for this problem? Thanks.
