Windows 10: Windows Hello not releasing the screen

I frequently (i.e. maybe every 4th or 5th time) have the case that Windows Hello obviously recognizes me (i.e. the message changes from "Looking for you" to "Hello Michael" and the camera light turns off) but then the screen remains locked, i.e. the lock-screen doesn't disappear.
Typically I then have to select "Signin options", choose Pin and enter my PIN to get access.

What is failing here and why is the screen not released after Hello has recognized my face?

This is on a Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10 Pro with all the current patches/updates.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
