Video is lagging behind the Audio, on everything

    Hello there,

First of all i'm sorry if this isn't posted in the correct sub-forum. I tried my best picking the one that fits my problem.

    ______

My problem is that any video is lagging behind on the audio. For example, i'm watching Twitch. After about an hour or two i start noticing the desync. I hear the audio, after a second i see the mouths moving.

Where i experience this desync problem:

    Twitch (web, app)
    Netflix (web, app)
    YouTube
Even stored videos on my harddrive and running it in MPC-HC x64.
Tried VLC too after experiencing it with MPC.

    ______

At first i thought it was a google chrome problem, cause i was watching netflix(web) and experienced the desync for the first time. That's when went to use the Netflix App. But even then it still happens.

    _______

More in depth version of when i experience the desync,
I have two monitors, both connected to my GTX 1080 Ti.
Monitors: Samsung LC27FG70(main monitor). Samsung S24D590L(second monitor)

whenever i play games i have twitch open and am watching something. At first there is no desync, everything is fine and perfect. Maybe after an hour, i see a small delay. Then as i have it open for longer the delay becomes bigger and bigger. Refreshing the page fixes the problem for about 5mins and then it's back to expanding the delay further.

It's not only happening when i'm playing a game. Sometimes i don't have anything open, just my web browser(chrome) and watching netflix, then after a couple hours the delay is getting larger and larger. Tried Netflix app, same situation.
    _____________

I honestly don't know what the problem might be.

I update my Windows / Graphics Card frequently. Mostly whenever i get the pop-up.

I will add DxDiag to the thread. If i need to add any other files please let me know.

    Kind Regards,
