    -2147219196 error message with Windows photos


    Windows 10 Photos app stopped working a day or so ago after last Windows update. Does anyone know of an app that is very similar to this app for editing photos. I have spent several hours trying the online fixes, but nothing has worked. I suspect that it will not be repaired until the next Windows update. It would be nice to have a backup app with similar, easy to use functions in the interim.

    File System Error (-2147219196) - Can't open photos and calculator.

    I can't open any of my photos nor can I open my calculator. The message I receive is "File System Error (-2147219196)"

    How do I fix File System Error -2147219196

    Please help. When I try to open my photographs I receive a message File System Error: -2147219196

    I can see the photos are there but I cannot open them.
