Windows 10: latest update i believe bricked my next bok flexx 9 tablet runing windows 10

not sure how to fix this since the reset option in the uefi come back with failed to reset bla bla bla nothing is changed. I have even used the usb boot option in the eufi and even that give me back the error 0x0000000017 or something to that effect. the latest update I had attempted was 1308 I believe. I had ran low on space so the updater told me to use a usb to fit the update. I have attempted this method in the past and have had trouble as well but nothing this bad. i cant get to desktop and the automatic attempt fails. I cant roll back to a different previous os and I do not have any restore point as I hadn't don't one yet. I have gone to the windows side and downloaded the media creation tool and selected the usb stick to put the necessary data o it that is automatically stored on it. I would I have even used the uefi command prompt to scandisk and checkdisk and such but nothing was repaired.thank you for the help in advance community.

Assuming that you've encountered a blue screen as this error code normally is due to hardware or device driver issues. The error code 0x00000017 would sometimes have the stop message CID_HANDLE_DELETION.

Please confirm you're getting other error messages after performing the installation of Windows 10.

If you keep getting an issue when trying to reinstall Windows 10, run the following command in an administrative command prompt window:

bcdedit /deletevalue {badmemory} badmemorylist

Once that completes, reinstall Windows 10 through the Media Creation Tool. Here's a forum article created by PaulSey for guidelines:

I cant even install windows . the error comes up when I attempt the install. it is the only error I get. I cannot use media creation tool as I cant get into my desktop. my only option is through the eufi. I will attempt what you have suggested again.
