    Problem with videos and GIFs appearing so zoomed in they are impossible to view


    I use windows 10 with chrome! When trying to view videos or GIFs on primarily on Facebook, the picture appears zoomed in to where they are unrecognizable! This is very recent so I am assuming the problem is associated with a recent windows update!

    When viewing a large gif using Photos on Windows 10 no zoom tools displayed

    The problem is that when viewing GIFs with the Photos app, no zooming capability exists. I tried with multiple GIFs and no luck. The Zoom icon does not display, Ctrl-+ doesn't work either. When I open JPEGs or PNGs, the zoom capability works normally (both
    the tool icon displays and works and the Ctrl-+ and other keyboard shortcuts work too). It's just with GIFs that there's a problem.

    Video to GIF converter

    I got some video files I would like to turn into GIFs, some of them are up to 40 sec long so won't be the smallest GIFS out there. I haven't really tinkered with this before, so wondering if anyone has a suggestion on what to use for this, pref on freeware.
