Windows 10: My logitech 525 cam won't work with windows 10

Can someone update me on the way to fix in 2018, not 2015

Logitech Fusion & cam fix

basically if you own a Logitech web cam, your having intermittent problems...

with Logitech fusion their is no cam, just a black screen and a message that the camera is in use...

there is no help from Logitech as they want you to buy another cam...

this is the fix, ive just tested it and it works...

go to start /type reg edit and press enter

navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/controlSet001/Control/Class

then look for {6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}

right click on UpperFilters and add ksthunk

then restart your pc and enjoy the use of your Logitech fusion web cam in windows 7...

not sure if this works in windows 8.1... good luck...
