Windows 10: denied all permission for all system and users of svchost.exe file

Can't boot windows because denied all permission for all system and users of svchost.exe file from system32 folder.

I done it because it was using too much of my network for downloading .


Help me fixing it. Thanks in advance. I can acces to cmd from troubleshoot. But can't boot.

Permissions to save updated files denied

I suggest you to perform the below given steps and check if it resolve the permission issue.

• Right click on the file and click on Properties.
• Click on Security, check Owner should be "SYSTEM" in
  Advance tab.
• Now check the save for C:\Users\<username>
• Owner should also be "SYSTEM"
• Check the users you signed into windows as (should be your Microsoft account) should be in the "Permissions entries" list with "Full Contol"
  
• If not, Add the user you are logged in as.
• All the folders and sub-folders below should be "owned" by the user you are logged into windows with
  importantly, have a permissions entry for "full control"
  
• Check for all the related folder where you are getting same error, but for some reason that same user is missing a "Permission Entry". Add a "full control" entry for the user and you should be able to save to that folder
  and all sub-folders

Folder Permissions Remove System

Let me answer your query on Windows 10.

Please be informed that you cannot remove the system entry, However you can add/remove permission for a particular user.

The Group or user name section lists all the accounts on the computer. If you want to prevent a user to accessing the folder, you may deny/remove all permission for that particular user.

The system account and the administrator account (Administrators group) have the same file privileges, but they have different functions. The system account is used by the operating system and by services that run under Windows.

I suggest you not to remove permissions for SYSTEM entry.
