Commands no longer work in Windows 10

I have written a command file to start my browser and Word etc. Using a command such as: start "Starting Outlook" /D "c:\Progam Files(x86)\Microsoft Office" /MAX "Outlook.exe" However this no longer works! Seems to be since I updated to the October upgrade of Windows 10. (yes I upgraded before MS pulled the plug). So I am running Windows 10 pro 64 bit 1809 OS Bld 17763.1 (I wonder how I will get the corrected update - subject of another ask a question I guess). I am running MS Office professional 2010 with all the latest patches. Firefox is the latest. I am now tending to use Google rather than Firefox much of the time. I would like to start Google but I can't seem to start that. I would be grateful for any advice or help. Thanks

    :)

GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Commands no longer work in Windows 10 :)

    Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
