Windows 10: i am trying to find fingerprint software for my DELL latitude e6430

Yes hello. I just bought this new Dell Latitude E 6430 with Windows 10 64 Bit Enterprise Edition installed on it. But can't find a compatible fingerprint reader software. . And the option to enroll my fingerprints in the windows user account page is not there. Any solutions? Does anybody have a solution to this problem? Thanks! for the help.

Cannot Setup Windows Hello on Dell Latitude E6430

I am trying to setup the fingerprint scanner for Windows Hello on my Dell Latitude E6430. However, when I run through the setup process, the progress bar runs to about 40% then a window pops up saying, "Sorry, something went wrong. Close Windows Hello, and
try going through the setup again."

I have the correct drivers installed, and I updated the reader's firmware.

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve these issues.

What happens when you try?

If you restart the computer then you have to manually choose the sign in options and there is no way to set sign in using Fingerprint as the default option. On the login screen below the password box click on Sign-in Options.

The option will be available if there is a Supported finger print reader with an associated driver. I suggest you to update finger print reader’s driver.

Download the driver from here: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/latitude-e6430/drivers/advanced

Refer the following article by Andre De Costa for help in updating the drivers.

lumia 820 does not work as internet router for dell latitude E6430

Does anybody have any idea why the Lumia 820 does not work as internet router with my Dell Latitude E6430?? I´ve got Win 8 running on this computer, and can´t understand why my phone Works perfectly with a Toshiba Satellite running Win 7, this makes no sense.



Nokia says it´s not their problema and Dell says it´s not theirs.



Three guys in the office have the same problem as I do and none company can give us an answer.
